These terms cover your use of the Agency application ("Agency") published by BusyMonkeys ("we") and of this website. By downloading or using Agency you agree to them.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Agency on computers you control, for your own work, including commercial work. You may not redistribute, sell, rent or sublicense Agency, remove its notices, or use it to build a competing product from its code.
Your providers, your accounts
Agency launches coding agents through third-party model providers using your own accounts, subscriptions and API keys. Those providers' terms apply to that use, and any usage charges or quota consumption are yours. Agency does not pool, resell or share subscriptions. Where a provider forbids a way of using its service, that rule wins over anything Agency makes possible.
Your machine, your responsibility
Agents run locally with the permissions of your user account and can read, write and execute within the projects you give them. Agency shows you every conversation and gives you controls to stop work, but it is not a sandbox. Review what agents do, keep backups, and use version control. You are responsible for the code and content produced with Agency and for how you use it.
Updates and availability
We may release updates that add, change or remove features. Windows and Linux builds, and the mobile apps mentioned on the site, are plans, not promises. Nothing on this site is a commitment to a date or a feature.
No warranty
Agency is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Model output can be wrong. We do not warrant that Agency will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every provider or tool version.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data, or provider charges arising from your use of Agency. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Agency in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free download is zero.

Agency includes open-source components under their own licences. See the licences page.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
